1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PenAnywhere ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
PenAnywhere grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any Mac computers that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This is a lifetime license. A one-time purchase grants you access to all current features and future updates for the life of the product.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the app
4. Intellectual Property
PenAnywhere, including its code, design, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Manthan Patel. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
PenAnywhere is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PenAnywhere or its creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
7. App Store Terms
PenAnywhere is distributed via the Mac App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. You may request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
